Marketing and Leasing

Our marketing program is customized to meet each property’s needs. Our primary goal is to provide a positive image for the property as well as maintain our industry low vacancy rates while minimizing tenant turnover.

Our leasing department acts with the utmost diligence when processing prospective tenants. By utilizing our thorough tenant screening process we are able to reduce the likelihood of problems in the future, ensuring both happy tenants and owners.

Operations and Maintenance

At EGR Properties we follow a simple philosophy, “Don’t let a small issue grow into a big problem.”

Our maintenance staff conducts routine building inspections and addresses maintenance issues before they grow out of hand. By diligently maintaining our properties we have been able to lower long-term maintenance costs, creating happy tenants and increasing returns for owners. Keeping dialog open with owners regarding maintenance issues allows us to work with each owner to meet their specific budgeting needs.

Finance and Accounting

EGR Properties’ finance and accounting team provides monthly financial statements. These reports not only allow owners to track both their income and expenses but also cash flow. We prepare finalized yearly statements, as well, included in our yearly owners property reports. Our finance and accounting team is continually coordinating with the rest of our team and owners to increase the strength of each property’s balance sheet as well as improve cash flow. Besides tenant satisfaction, EGR Properties’ main goal is to maximize each property’s returns.
